Tightening Toner
WHAT IT IS:
An elixir that can be used to tone, hydrate, prep for makeup application, or set the makeup. This toner balances skin hydration, locking in moisture, and tightening the skin. For makeup: helps with setting in powders and foundation for an effortless and smooth finish.
WHAT IT IS FORMULATED WITH:
Dandelion Root - Magnesium and zinc help with detoxifying skin. Anti-inflammatory properties in dandelion help with calming irritated skin.
Rose Water - helps maintain the skin's pH balance, and also controls excess oil. Also helps clean pores and tone the skin.
Lavender - Lavender is antibacterial and can kill bacteria that penetrate your pores. Contains natural antioxidants that can help to detoxify and soothe the skin.
